About Ana

 

Ana Tampanna  creates leadership retreats for Executive Nurses, department heads and managers, and business owners providing a day of leadership enrichment that may follow a working retreat.

She facilitates  leadership conferences and retreats where she provides inspiration and creative stimulus that participants experience their  strengths, passion for service, and inner guidance.

As a speaker, she has delivered keynotes that resulted in standing ovation yet can also facilitate participants to engage with each other or in small groups. She creates a vision, and then facilitates the group to create strategies and timelines for making it happen.

Ana has provided professional training for government, associations, non-profit, and corporations; She earned Train the Trainer with the Girl Scouts of America from their national training center involving a year of practicum with an expert in training design. She earned Distinguished Toastmaster and won the state championship in the International Speech Contest for Toastmasters International, continuing to mentor leaders in two clubs. She spent 7 years with National Speakers Association, published book, booklet, and many professional articles.

Ana’s First business venture obtained international publicity on television and a wide scope of media attention nationally and locally. Features included NBC prime time television and Japanese prime time television. She has worked with  Fortune 500 Companies, mid-sized companies, non-profits, government, and small business owners.
