Finding Clarity and Focus
|

Treasure mapping is a process of visualizing what you want. The process itself brings clarity and
power, so it's OK to have only fragments of ideas when you start out.
This process is so very powerful, I do it every single year at the very least.

Build on Inner Satisfaction
|
In your journal, list all the times in your life you have felt deeply satisfied. Think of different jobs, events,
work related projects and non work-related projects.
Review your list. What do the satisfying things have in common? What strengths of yours do they reflect? What
interests?
When you feel deeply satisfied, how does that effect the rest of your life?
Would you want to explore any of these satisfying activities as a job? Do you know what the pay scale is? If
it is too low to support yourself, would you be able to do it as an avocation?
How can you research the possibilities? Explore on the internet? Interview someone? Would you need to take some
classes at a community college or university? Is there a demand or need for this?

Creating the Life You Want
|
|
For a powerful experience, watch the DVD,
THE SECRET. This is a magnificent CD regarding the laws of attraction.
THE SECRET was
featured on Oprah Feb.8, 2007...the CD has a Hollywood beginning that intrigues one's interest, then presents inspirational
teachers teaching snippets at a time followed by actors who demonstrate how that principle plays out in one's life. It is fun to watch and thought provoking. You can purchase THE SECRET online. There is also
an audio version available at most bookstores as well as a hard copy.
In addition to THE SECRET,
I recommend "Ask and It is Given" by Esther and Jerry Hicks. I sit down and work with the principles in that book
almost daily in my journal. It helps so much especially when the alligators in life seem huge.
